my popcorn kettle is not heating up?

My Nostalgia Hollywood popcorn maker kettle is not heating up but the motors are still working, I don’t know what to do. I just bought it 4 months ago and I’m very dissapointed,

Unplug it, put it in the box, and return it if it’s under warranty. If it isn’t, unplug it, go take it to a place to be disposed of (since you can’t just put it in the trash). Or contact the company–I heard they’re a b!tch to deal with though, as I was going to buy that popcorn maker, but then heard about numerous problems with it.
